Hallowe’en Books Giveaway

Our annual doorstep event. This picture shows the tip of the iceberg of the books that were given away. Lots of enthusiastic neighbourhood children, but also a few who politely declined a free book. Hoping it’s not because someone has put them off reading. Next year’s mission: to find them the book that turns the tide.
